No puedo iniciar sesión

Tengo activado la verificación en dos pasos, y resultas que ya no tengo el número de teléfono que está dado de alta por lo cual no puedo iniciar mi sesión en mi cuenta lds. ¿Como puedo inhabilitar la verificación en dos pasos para poder accesar nuevamente a mi cuenta?

Contact your ward clerk. He will need to contact the Global Service Center on your behalf to resolve this.
