New Directory: Doesn't show full address

LCR lets you enter two street address lines, followed by City, State/Province (optional depending on country), and Postal Code.
In the USA, if someone uses two street address lines, then the City/State/Zip Code field is omitted on the directory and on printouts.
So, the following address:
123 Main Street
Apt 412
Anywhere, UT 84123
Displays as the following in the directory and in printouts:
123 Main Street
Apt 412
In some countries, it is customary to put a postal code on a separate line, so matters might be further truncated.
