I am having trouble with "Sign In" to the ward directory. No I haven't changed my user name nor password but it say's it says it doesn't
recognize me. What am I to do?

How are you signing in to the Directory? Are you going to ChurchofJesusChrist.org and signing in or are you using a bookmark?

The church is in the process of changing from lds.org to ChurchofJesusChrist.org. The logins are separate. So, logging into one doesn't log you into the other.
I've seen cases where you get caught in a loop when getting directed from one to the other. After too many times around the loop. your login will stop working. As such, I'd suggest taking a little different "route" to the directory to see if you can avoid the trap. Currently, it appears that going to lds.org, logging in, then going to the directory works.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
