gospel library
I have the gospel library application on my phone. I tried to get the April 2019 General Conference, but it wouldn't pull it up. So, I deleted the app and re-installed it. It asked me for my username and password. I gave it and it told me it was incorrect. I know it's correct, but I went through the process of answering the security questions and it said they were incorrect as well. I know I gave the correct answers, but it won't let me in. I can get into this website just fine, but the app keeps kicking me out. I don't know how to resolve this.

The fact you didn't get April 2019 suggests it might be an older version that's no longer fully supported.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
