Gospel library app crashes on loading

Help! I can’t survive without it! iOS 12 iPhone 8. Any suggestions? I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling; I’ve tried turning phone on and off. What else?

Have you tried connecting to a different internet network temporarily?

It keeps crashing every time I open my iPhone x too. I've also done all the regular fixes... Reinstalled the app, turned the phone off/on again. Changed wifi/cell networks. Nothing is helping. I'm so sad! And frustrated!

I was sitting in church today trying to get it to work and it crashed every time I tried to open it. I finally disconnected from the LDS Access internet by disabling wi-fi (allowing my cell service to provide the internet connection) and it worked just fine.

I had the same problem. For me, I went into settings and then cellular data. I found the gospel library app and turned cellular data on for this app. I temporarily turned WiFi off and then loaded the app. It loaded correctly. Then I turned WiFi back on and it will now work either way now.

LDSAccess has a poor connection when there are a lot of people in the building. I'm glad you were able to get it working!

Have you tried on a different internet connection / different Wi-Fi network?

Gospel Library will not load on the IOS app with Iphone11. I select the Gospel Library icon on the icon screen, the Moroni image appears and then immediately back to the icon screen. It was previously working. I have deleted and reloaded with no change.
