What version of Tools do you have installed? Are you sure your membership record is in a ward? Can you see the directory if you go to the webpage?

I have 15.8 updates on my iPhone 7 and the current app requires 16
My husband got a new updated phone and some one hacked into it. I have never been hacked on my phone.
I understand upgrades are needed but it’s frustrating that there couldn’t be a version to work with older phones.
