I can't login to LDS tools and It says that I don't have a MRN but I do
I can't login to LDS tools and It says that I don't have a MRN but I do. It's being really weird.

I'd make sure you're using the same login ID. I can see that on either page.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

That looks like it is related to some problems that have been occurring with one of the internal services this afternoon. I wouldn't get anxious right now.
