Someone else is using my phone number on their account

Someone else is using my phone number on their account. When trying to 'recover' my account using my phone number the user comes up as 1102twins. Can you send them a request to update their phone number or to at least delete my number from their account? I have had my existing phone number for three years now.

Nobody in these forums can do anything since this is a user-to-user forum. Your best course of action is to talk to your ward clerk so he can get you in contact with support to resolve the issue.
It is possible the other user input a one-off number by accident in their account that ended up being your number.
