Due to data security requirement, and the fact that each calling has different options, I think the only way forward is for the church to get a license for something like TeamViewer where we can join the user to see exactly what they see, but only when they request help.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

As an assistant ward clerk - finance you do have access to the Payment Request feature. It is just that you do not access it the same way an organization presidency member accesses it. Organization presidencies see the access link as soon as they navigate to LCR > Finance. Ward clerks with finance permissions must navigate to LCR > Finance > Budget and then select one of the ward organizations from the organizations drop-down list box to see the Payment Request tab for that organization.
