Share Scripture Notes with family & on Social Media

Earlier in this conversation we were told how to download our notes ourselves from the Church website at: Notes.ChurchofJesusChrist.org
Deciding that this was the very best way to accomplish the task of leaving my notes for my children, and updating the file occasionally, I went to do this download.
I was very disappointed to find the spreadsheet with all my notes line by line but with NO dates, unless I had typed them in. NO scripture references either so, there is nothing to give context to the notes.
Is it broken or is this all we get?
I thought maybe it was because I was doing it on my iPad, so I tried on my MAC pc and still there is only text even though before I downloaded it, it had the the book, the scriptural reference and the date it was written.
Help!
