I try and open the Gospel Library and it says that it needs an internet connection. Even though I have one. When I could get past this screen it wouldn't ever download anything because it says that it needs an internet connection. Even when I am connected to WiFi, have all bars on my 4G connection. Nothing. I know I have internet, because I can browse the internet.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Same thing every time. Go to open the app. Get the loading screen then the message which says it needs an internet connection. Press Ok and the app closes.

Do you have a VPN, web filter, or content blockers turned on? If so, does turning them off temporarily allow Gospel Library to connect to the internet?
