We have a sister that has been called to be a YW president in one of our wards and she thinks she has an account to access LCR but does not know her username or passward. When we go into "account recovery" to recover her user name it gives the message that her membership # or birth date is incorrect. will not allow us to recover her user name or passward. Does this mean that she has never made an account and we need to make her an new account?
How would we otherwise find out if she already has an account?

sometimes a woman uses her girlname when creating an account, other times the married/last-name; try both?

Currently, the only way to recover the user name via "self-service" is by email or mobile phone number used on the account.

Resetting the password may allow the use of the Membership Record Number.

Anything else requires contacting support.
