The Tech Forum is user-to-user discussion and collaborative self help. We are users just like you with no inside information. No one here has insight to this; and those responsible for making those kind of decisions seldom give program development and timeline information. This has been discussed in other threads since the online training was implemented.

You will have to speak with your bishop and see if the need can get passed up the priesthood chain.

If you want to know your status, and have a calling that requires the training, then speak to your organization presidency.

Previously, only the bishopric, executive secretary, ward clerk, and membership clerk had access to that report. That access has been recently, within the past few months, expanded to all organization presidencies.

There is still an issue with recording completed trainings, apparently. We have had many people take the training and receive confirmation that it has been completed, but they show up on our lists and those that need to take it for weeks (often until they just go and take it again). We have a few holdouts that won’t take it again, so I’d like to understand what the issue is and how we can resolve it. Is this simply sending a message with the “confirmation of the confirmation” to GSD and they take care of it? Or are people missing a final step to really and truly complete the training?

It could be that they were signed into a Church Account that didn't have their membership record number attached; or that they watched the training together with a spouse and it was recorded on the spouse's account.
