Tracking Protecting Children and Youth training

Trying to find how we track who has finished the new children and youth training. Any ideas? Is this a stake thing? Bishop is asking me to find it but our stake clerk is pretty absent.

The news release stated the following:

"Each leader will log in with his or her Church account so completion of training can be recorded. Local leaders are notified if the training is not completed."

For a few days there was a report accessible by the bishop and ward clerk in Leader and Clerk Resources (LCR). That report was withdrawn and has not be returned to LCR yet.
