Account Holder Name Error

I recently moved from the US to Japan and am trying to provide donations online via my new Japan account; however, when I add my "Account Holder Name" I get an error that states, "Value Entered is Invalid". There is no explanation as to why. I have tried English characters, Japanese characters, numbers, nothing works. All of the other fields related to the bank information seems to be working. Any help would be appreciated.
