Youth Protection Training Errors

I have had a few ward members receive a “we are not able to report on your course progress” error in the middle of training and cannot get it to go through? Has anyone seen this issue or know how to fix it? Thank you!

Same problem here as well. Lots of people trying to get through the training and running into the same issue. The EQP reported that he kept at it until he was able to complete through perseverance. I am guessing the system is overloaded with too many folks hitting it at the same time.
