I have a Surface Pro 3 running Windows 8.1 Pro. Every time I try to download Gospel Library it starts the download and then comes up with Windows exception, and that's it. It just looks like it's downloading with the circle turning, but nothing happens. I would appreciate any help please.

I'm not sure as the version that supports Windows 8 is still supported.

The latest version of Gospel Library for Windows requires Windows 10.
