I am a new ward clerk. We have a member that was Baptized in California a month ago and just moved into our ward. She is having issues with setting up an account with the website of the Church. How do I help her?

Do you have her membership record? You will be able to print out an Individual Ordinance Summary for her, and she will have her membership record number. Signing up at Church Account should not be very difficult after that.
The most common problem is that she already has an account - perhaps for FamilySearch, Seminary or BYU. Or it's one that was set up in the past and forgotten about. I'd have her try the links on the login page first. If that fails, then you'll need to pass along the contact information for support to her.
