Member Tools Sync and SIgn-In
I received a reminder to sync in Member Tools (as I do from time to time) but when I enter my password info it says "Downloading--this may take a couple of minutes" and then a warning comes up saying, "Warning: ChurchofJesusChrist.org is currently down for maintenance. Please try again later." I have been receiving this for the past few days, but my husband's Member Tools is working fine and I am not having any problems logging in to any of my other Church accounts. Any ideas?

I’ve been having this same issue for the past 24 hours and it’s extremely frustrating! I’ve tried deleting, re-downloading, re-starting my phone, etc. but nothing has worked. Any input would be helpful!

We all had that problem yesterday, and again this morning. We must all wait for the engineers to fix the "sync" servers, which are down.

Thomasmi0921 - the member tools app on my android keeps telling me the site is down for maintenance. I can log in fine on a PC

Member Tools uses different servers to sync data than what the website uses. They are looking into what is causing the problems with the Member Tools servers but have not had any success. For the past few days, this is the response to any login attempt to Member Tools from my phone. On my iPad, there is no response whatsoever - it's like the login button doesn't work. Is there any update as to when (or how) we'll be able to login to Member Tools again?

Engineers are working on it. I don't think anyone has a firm "when" yet.

Can the engineers leave a comment as to when the sync issues will be solved?

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I tried login into the member tools app and it did not recognized my login but it lead me to the church website so I could change my password. The new password doesn't open the app either. So what am I doing wrong? please advise
