Tools isn't working on my phone- can anyone help

Whenever I try to log into tools it loads in and says authenticating and then it says the server is down, but my roommates accounts work just fine. I have recovered my account and changed the password many times, and I've had similar problems with my church account for years now. Is there a tech team I can email to help me with this?
