Physical Address change/update

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Physical Address change/update

I've been looking to change my physical address but there doesnt seem to be an option for this. How does one go about changing their physical address.

Contact your Ward Clerk. Members don’t have the option to change their physical address. Someone with better communication skills, than I, will probably come along and explain the reason why!

I can only speculate it's because moving to a new address could cause a change of ward.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Related point: changing an address does not move someone to a new ward/branch if the address is outside of the current ward/branch boundaries and they are moving to a new unit.

True. The clerk would need to be aware of that when they process the update.
