Days of Harmony mp4 problem

I have downloaded the "Days of Harmony" 'LARGE VIDEO' 3 times on two different computers and the file is unplayable. I have also recently downloaded 'A Day for the Eternities' and had no issues with that video. Can someone check to see if there is a problem with the file? If not, is there some special codec I would be missing that is used only in the "Days of Harmony" video? I am using VLC media player for playback. I also attempted local file playback in my browser with no luck. My next step is to try the download with a different browser to see if firefox is somehow responsible.

Any help would be appreciated!

I attempted to download with a different browser with no luck. I think there is something wrong with the file.

I downloaded the low-res one and it plays just fine with the built-in Windows 10 "Movies & TV" app.

Yes, the lower resolution files work. However, I am needing to use the highest resolution file identified as "LARGE VIDEO" in the downloads. Thank you for checking that much though!

I downloaded the large one. It plays OK in Windows Media Player, but all I get is the sound track and a portrait of Dallin H. Oaks. VLC is confused by it.

Interesting, I suppose there actually is a problem with the file then if all it shows is a pic of Dallin H Oaks to go along with the audio, haha. Can someone fix this and re-upload a working file to the server?

Okay, I did that just now. Hopefully they fix it and get back to me soon. I thought I was supposed to submit stuff like that on this forum; thanks for the heads up!

That is common due to the large amount of feedback that is submitted. You may find that some time latter you will get a response. But that response may be a generic response and thank you or you may get lucky and get a more appropriate response. I have gotten both and some feedback has resulted in no response. Rest assured your feedback has been routed to the appropriate person, team, or manager for review.
