Issue with Approving/Managing new photos

I have 12 new photos that members have submitted that I need to approve. However, the images are not showing up on my screen. The rest of the site works fine, but the new images are not appearing. I've tried it on multiple screens and devices, getting the same result no mater where I look.
If I click on the edit button, a spinner modal window shows up, and just spins and spins. It never shows the photo.
Is there an issue with this part of the site? Thanks for the help!
