YM Secretaries rights

I have some YM Secretaries at the start of the year got the rights taken away to print and look at rolls. What are we putting that calling as so they can see the YM now?

I haven't seen official guidelines, but because the bishopric is the presidency of the Aaronic Priesthood (Handbook 2, 8.3.1), my understanding is that the secretary of the Young Men is the ward clerk.

As a ward clerk I’m not listed in the Presidency of the Aaronic Priesthood. Only the Bishop and his two counsellors are listed. From that I deduce that the ward clerk isn’t directly involved with the YM.

I'm no longer seeing a YM Secretary in the presidency, we have one called, I just don't know where to put him. I've made a custom calling for him, but as the OP said he has no rights.

Custom callings never have rights.

According to Handbook 2: 8.3.5, the Ward YM Secretary has been discontinued. It indicates that "a specialist may be called", but it's unclear what rights that specialist might have.

Individual quorums have secretaries (See 8.3.3).
