Just got the app the other day here in BC, Canada and notifications do not work for me or any of my family. Yes, we've checked the settings and they are all set to On. Is this a problem out there?
Will there be a way to connect non-member youth and/or non-member parents on here? We have a lot of non-member participants.

We’ve also had issues getting notifications reliably. This ideally should be resolved so that it functions like most messaging apps with pop-ups etc. and ability to customize which groups/circles trigger notifications etc.

Your best action would be to provide feedback within the app. That feedback will get to the developers. There is no guarantee they will ever see posts here on this user-to-user help forum. As this is a brand-new app and still not being fully distributed worldwide, we should be patient while they work out all the kinks. The church has a very small development staff, as I understand.
