We have a Young Man from another unit that serves in our Priests Quorum Presidency as a secretary. He shows in the circle for the Priests Quorum Presidency, but does not show in the circle for the Priests Quorum. Aside from moving his record to our ward, which is what I assume would resolve it, is there something else that we can do to give him access to the Priests Quorum circle?

I would send feedback through the in-app feedback. He is correctly added to the quorum as an out-of-unit member and LCR shows him as a member of the quorum, so it looks like an issue with the logic that identifies members of the circle.
