FSY MRN not linked to youth account

The bishop is trying to register the youth for FSY. On the Leader Approval participants 2020 webpage every youth listed is flagged as, "MRN not linked to youth church account."

The bishop checked with his own kid and the kid's email is linked with his MRN.

Thus why are all the accounts flagged as "MRN not linked to youth church account" thus disabling the ability to approve?

I am hoping you meant the bishop checked his child's church account and that it had his child's MRN registered in the account profile. If not, then the youth showing the message need to log into their accounts and go to the Membership tab and enter their MRN. The MRN needs to be accurate, and the best source for that MRN is their Individual Ordinance Summary (IOS) available from the ward clerk.

yes bishop checked with his own child's account and others that have a linked email to the MRN and still the reg page claims "MRN not linked to youth church account." I am the ward clerk and the mrn's are accurate.
