My youth doesn't have phone to verify

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. My youth son doesn't have a phone. How does he verify his phone?

You don't have to put in a phone number to create an account. Just an email address.
