So, what is the bottom line?

Do we write our message in our favorite Word Processor, copy it into the message format, and then add our modifications (bold, italics, font sizes, or spacing between paragraphs [double spacing between paragraphs], indented bullet points, etc.) to it, or do we need to use pdf?

I cannot seem to find the resolution/solution.

My solution is to write the message in a text file, copy and paste it into Send a Message, and then format it there.

I use a text file like lajackson and use Send a Message to format. The formatting tools have improved over time but still needs some improvements. For one thing, it would be nice to be able to imbed photos in the body instead of adding them as attachments.

It continues to be a problem.
I type the text in the church's system email.
Often the return spaces between paragraphs or a sentence is removed and everything listed becomes one run-on paragraph.
I do all formatting in the church's system and it still removes some of it's own formatting.
This does not make sense. Features in an app should not be offered if the app is going to strip those codes when it sends the email out.

Make sure to report the issue by using the send feedback link at the bottom of the Send a Message page or most any other Church web page.

I only use ctrl+enter for my line breaks now when sending a message. I don't trust the text box to accurately reflect what will be sent.
