This is the Tech Forum site. They probably meant you can pay on the main Church website. Not every country has online donations. If you know for sure your country does online donations then once you are signed into the website click "My Account and Ward". Select Donations in the middle column under "Ward". The direct link is https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/donations/.

Yes, you login to your account and in the menu there is a page for Donations. you need to set up a Donation account using a checking account and can submit donations electronically
