unable to remove an image
I'm unable to remove an image from my LDS Tools App account. I am divorced and have my ex in there. Would love to get that switched out
Please help.

Re: unable to remove an image
Speak with your ward clerk to have your divorce recorded on your membership record. When that is done he will be removed from your household and the image will no longer be there.
If the image is your household image, your ward clerk can help there also. But you should be able to replace the household image with one of your choice. To do that for an Android device go to your household and tap the image. There will be two menu options icons. There is a trashcan icon to delete the image. Tap the camera icon to replace the image. There will be two choices to replace the image - Take Photo and Select Photo. Use one of those to replace the image for your household. The process may be similar for an iOS device.

Re: unable to remove an image
The delete feature is not working for the ward clerk, either, even when attempted through LCR on the web page.
UPDATE: Ward clerk can delete photos through the Tools app, but not the web page.
