Families in bold in member tools?

My stake RS president was asking why some entries in her IOS Tools directory are in bold. I checked mine (Stake Exec Sec) and my wife’s (seminary supervisor) and neither of us have bold names. I couldn’t see a pattern with private info or anything else, but she has various names throughout all the wards in the stake that show up in bold. She has synced, deleted the app and reloaded, but it doesn’t change.

I don’t see anything in the FAQ or searching the forum, so figured I would ask. Is this a bug in tools or some status that we are missing? I told her maybe it was the “inspiration mode” that is only available to celestial members and she just laughed.

With Android Member Tools I don't see that. There is bold text for names, but it is for the surname (last name). The first and middle names are regular text.

This is the full household and only on some of them. See the attached image.

The attachment showed a Directory list in Household format from an iOS device where some names were in normal text and others were in bold text, similar to this:

McKay, David Oman
Pratt, Parley Parker
Smith, Hyrum
Smith, Joseph
Woodruff, Wilford
etc.

In the Directory (Household) for Android, Member Tools displays the last name in bold text and the first name(s) in regular text.]

That looks like a bug where the text formatting code tags have been misplaced. This should be reported so they can rectify it. Use the in-app Contact Us link to report it.
