Laptop won't connect to either Liahona or LDS Access

Thank you much for this URL. I am excited to give it a try. Up to now, the only fix I'd discovered with a Lenovo laptop is a very brute-force one; by resetting the laptop's adapter/connections through opening Windows command prompt as Administrator, and issuing (at least) the command: netsh winsock reset. Requires a reboot. Also 'forgets' saved wifi-connection credentials, but works most of the time. My preference would not be my brute-force method as a continual fix. Using this URL sounds much better, and a more elegant fix to try!
