Converting Notes to a PDF or Word doc

I have about 200 pages of notes on the Gospel Library app and would like to convert them into one document. When I copy and paste a note it only fills half the width of the page. Also, unless there is another way, I would have to create individual PDFs or Word docs for each individual note, rather than convert them all together. Is this possible or not? Thank you.
