If the issue was observed in Member Tools then it is associated with a known data update problem. Member Tools will at times bring in new data but not overwrite, or replace, the old data. This then gives the display of both the old ministering assignments along with the new ministering assignments. When Member Tools finally completes the data update then the old ministering assignments will disappear. When the old and new data are displayed together try going to Settings and tap Refresh Data. Before doing this make sure you are using a reliable WiFi connection rather than your mobile service provider's data to ensure no momentary data stream interruptions.
