I purchased the Uray Encoder:
Items Ordered: 1 of - URayCoder HEVC H.265 MPEG4 H.264 HDMI to Video Streaming IPTV Encoder for HDMI to RTSP RTMP HTTP UDP HLS ONVIF SRT Facebook YouTube Live Streaming Server Sold by: URayTech
I've set it up and ran a test last night with it. It boots up near instantaneously and reboots at the same quick speed. It isn't auto configurable like the Teradek was and as such must have the RTMP line inserted each time you set up a new broadcast in the web portal.
The test run was clean and clear, and the sound was great - so much better than my old Teradek.
How I set it up:
It comes with DHCP off and has 192.168.1.168 set in it, so you just need to change your computer to 192.168.1.??? (I used 170). Log into it, turn DHCP on, change audio to analog, click the apply button, and the reboot button on the system page. Now log into the firewall and click 'get connected devices'. You're looking for its MAC or 'asiaminor'. That's the IP address DHCP gave it. You can do this every time, or you can set a reservation for it so it won't change.
To set an IP reservation (so it will always be the same IP to get to it), you just go to 'IP assignments', switch to 'public', click the refresh button next to 'MAC address', click the dropdown under 'MAC address', select the one that says 'asiaminor' or the Uray's MAC address, click the dropdown under 'IP Address' and select an IP you want to use for the Uray (preferably not one that is in use by a rogue device currently - you can test this by trying it out and seeing if you see a printer page which is usually what you'd see now and again). Name it and save it - done.
After all that is done, log into the webcast.churchofjesuschrist.org page, go to the broadcast settings pop-up window, select 'Other', copy the line that includes the RTMP address and Stream name in one line, log back into the Encoder and paste this into the spot where it says 'RTMP push: (RTMP://......)' - something like that, and change the dropdown next to it to 'enable'. Now click the apply button and the reboot button on the other page. Once it has rebooted (about 20 sec), click the 'Status' heading, and look to see if it says 'connected' next to the RTMP push line.
That's about it.
Next time you schedule a broadcast, you'll just copy off the RTMP + Stream name line listed in the 'Other' section of the setup window and paste it into the push line in the encoder, apply, and reboot. Good to go.
Crazy that the $240 URay is better than a $500 Teradek which isn't sold anymore and would have to pay $1500 for it now.

You may want to read this thread where an even less expensive j-tech has been set up to be automatic.
