I am not sure why I am so special, but I receive two survey requests for every sacrament I visit in our stake each Sunday. I thought it may have been a fluke at first, but it has happened consistently for several weeks now.
I usually fill out the first one. When I try to fill out the second one, I get the "you already responded" message. Since there is nothing in the subject line to identify the particular webcast, and since I am the stake technology specialist, i am almost ready to ignore them all and punch them directly to the delete folder.
But I still wonder why I get two of them for each meeting visit each week. I sort of have to visit the webcast to make sure everything is working.

Along the same lines, I get all the feedback comments in duplicate.

Re: mywebcast Surveys
Today I did my usual worship meeting surfing in my stake to monitor and help where needed. Later, I received about 15-20 survey invites and a few finished surveys (only one per person, though) forwarded to me from the church. It's no different from any other week we used the Meetinghouse Webcast system.
