Webcast "Invalid response from content server"

Using the Church Webcasting System, YouTube, etc. Including cameras and mixers.

Webcast "Invalid response from content server"

One of our wards broadcasting from the Teradek at the Stake Center had some difficulties during the broadcast this morning. After the first ~25 families connected any additional families were completely shut out from the broadcast, getting messages like "Invalid response from content server." For those that were already in the feed it was showing up just fine, and the webcast dashboard wasn't showing any kind of clue as to what was going on, but several families were texting about the same thing so it wasn't an isolated incident. All we could tell them was "keep trying" and indeed after the first 10-15 minutes of the broadcast they were finally successful in connecting.

We are using US North Central as our region in the webcast setup.

Is there is something we should be configuring on our side? Does this kind of problem sound familiar to anyone?

The church will tech support broadcasts over Teredek. Just call 1-855-LDS-HELP, menu options 1-2-3-1.

The issue may be the church's servers. They've had some interesting errors today.
