Make sure your MRN is part of the account. If you can access the ward's directory or calendar, then that's already in place.

Second, the stake needs to put you in that calling as a "Standard Position" (not a custom one). Then wait about 24 hours.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
