I can see the calendars of all the wards in the stake

Hi,
I was inputting some information today for the stake and noticed that I have access, AGAIN to all of the calendars in ALL of the units in the stake. The last time this happened it was a bug in the system and I was told not to get used to it. And as promised that access disappeared. Is the "bug" back or is this now a permanent feature for the Stake Communications Specialist?

Thanks

No changes have been made recently. The promised update is still being worked on.

It's possible you've been added to a calling that gives access.

The best way to find out is to send feedback. That allows the developers to look into your situation.

I am not aware of a calling that gives access. At best, I have had all of the stake calendars and all of my ward calendars. But I have never had access to calendars in wards where I do not live.

Certain stake callings give access. I can see them as a STS. You might want to check under "Choose Calendars".

However, the key here is there hasn't been a change in "quite a while". So for something to happen recently, it would likely involve a change in callings. I notice that OP is a "Stake Communications Specialist" - that's a fairly recent change from the old website admin calling, if I remember correctly.

You are correct. And that is new. (New meaning the option to see the other ward calendars was not available the last time I looked, which was a long time ago.)
