Ward Mission Leader can't access move in reports and other areas

Ward Mission Leader can't access move in reports and other areas

So according to the access table, our Ward Mission Leader who is designated as such in the records, should be able to access reports such as new Move Ins, unbaptized children, etc. but despite reinstalling the app and resyncing cannot access those areas he needs for his calling. Is this a known glitch? Is there some way we can fix this on our end? Should we remove him from the calling electronically and then re-add and see if it works? Thank you!

I'm not sure if it's available in the app or just LCR. If he has more than one calling that gives access to LCR, there will be a drop-down list that selects which "hat" he's using to access LCR.

Standard disclaimers about new callings taking 24 hours to be effective (although some say it can be 48), and the calling must be a standard position, not a custom one.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

It is in Member Tools as well as LCR. If he is not seeing the report in either LCR or Member Tools then there are issues with the calling that is recorded as you explained.
