No. Only the "Assistant Stake Clerk - Technology Specialist" aka STS will see this.

Seminary teachers have been asking for a zoom account. I told them I was only allocated one zoom license per ward.
Is there a solution planned for them, or are they to continue using their personal zoom accounts?

Sigh.

Stake Assistant Clerk -- Technology Specialist

Also known as STS, but not assistant technology specialist in all of its various forms.

I would suggest that a Seminary teacher check with the Seminary and Institute (CES) Coordinator. Many are already holding virtual Seminary. I would think that would be the way for a Seminary teacher to visit with his or her students.

Short version:
- Ward 1 with email A is in "Setup Not Complete" state, can't be removed or deprovisioned in Zoom enroll site
- Ward 2 with email B is in "Setup Complete" and working fine
- In Zoom, I changed Ward 2 sign-in to Email B. Zoom enroll site said both wards are "Complete" but only one ward will work in Zoom
- I deprovisioned one Ward 1 successfully and now Ward 2 is in a "Setup Not Complete" state and can't be removed or deprovisioned
- I can reverse the situation, but one ward is always in the "Setup Not Complete" state

Long Version
I have attempted to provision several Zoom accounts for wards in our stake and have been successful for all but one. This particular account sits in a "Setup Not Complete" state and the email address does not receive instructions. If I click the "Remove" button to deprovision the ward, I receive the message "Error: Unable to remove the Zoom Account. Zoom has temporarily suspended changes to this account. Please try making the requested change again in approximately 10 minutes.Contact Zoom or click here you continue to experience issues and need assistance." I waited several hours, tried again, but had no luck.

In an effort to figure out what is happening, I signed into a ward Zoom account that I was successfully able to provision. From there, I changed the sign-in email address of the successfully provisioned ward to the address that could not provision nor could it be removed from provisioning. I'd imagine that this is something that shouldn't be done, but it was worth a try to identify the problem. Interestingly, the Zoom enrollment/provisioning portal then showed both wards as having the same email address and both wards were in a "setup complete" state. Something is off with either the portal or the magic behind it as I didn't think we could have two wards provisioned with the same email address.

Zoom will only sign me into one of the wards with that address, so I deprovisioned one of the two wards in the enrollment portal. That ward license became available, but then the other ward tied to the email address went into the "Setup Not Complete" state. I was able to reverse the process and repeat it, with the same outcome each time. One ward is always stuck in the "setup not complete" state and won't let me deprovision the email address.

How can I get out of this situation?

I am the Ward Sunday School President. After talking it over in Ward Council today we all agreed to use the two concurrent meetings option and divide the Ward into Adult and Youth. I just set up a meeting for Adult Classes, and another for Youth Classes for noon, repeating every week. I will start both meetings on two devices in my home each week about 15 minutes early and will create breakout rooms named for the meetings of the day.

On the first and third Sundays my adult rooms will be Gospel Doctrine A, B, and C and people will choose the classroom they want to attend. My instructors will be told which class is theirs so they won't all end up in the same room. On the second and fourth Sundays we will have two rooms named Elders Quorum and Relief Society.

For the youth we will have Course 11 through 17 on the first and third Sundays, and Deacons, Teachers, Priests, Young Women (waiting for feedback from the YW Pres about the specific names for the rooms for her organization) on the second and fourth Sundays.

I sent out an email to all ward members and told them that logging in is like stepping into the foyer, but there won't be any classes in the foyer and they need to click on the breakout room icon and pick their room. This should give everyone the flexibility to find their own rooms with minimal admin involvement after the rooms have been created and named each week. It also means that one URL will work for an individual for the entire year regardless of what week it is. The job of naming the rooms is minimal, so I'll be on board every week, whether it is my organization or not, because the account is married to my personal email account (yes, I could have gone generic GMail). I was focused on what is the very easiest for all of the ward members. I'll jump through whatever technology hurdles I need to in order to make it work. Not a big deal for me.

Without trying to analyze the details of your situation, I have noticed the following about the Meet Portal.

You can usually delete a "Setup Not Complete" account if you do not touch it and let it sit for a few hours. But every time you try to delete it unsuccessfully, the clock seems to start again. An overnight wait has always worked so far for me.

The Meet Portal does not handle email changes well. When you change the email address (through Zoom) for a "Setup Complete" account, it will revert to "Setup Not Complete" at the portal.

After about a week (and no touching), a "Setup Not Complete" account will go away, and the unit will revert to the list of units available to setup.

As a result of all this, I now have a unit with a fully functioning Zoom account that is also available for setup. Wanting to keep the Zoom account working, I have not touched anything about it at the Meet Portal since.

I had this same problem. Once I associated my Zoom account with the church account it would not allow me to login since I had been using Google to authenticate my account.

I received this message: You cannot log into your Zoom account using this method. Contact your IT administrator for instructions. (2,025)

After contacting Zoom support I created a new Zoom account using the same email address. It worked!!! Problem resolved!

Here's the support link to anyone with this same issue.

I am having the same problem, have you been able to get the webinar feature to work?

Our Stake would like to request an additional Zoom account for the Special Needs Adult Mutual (SNAP) that is assigned to our Stake, who can we reach out to for an additional Zoom account?
