I have not yet heard that anyone is successful. (But if it worked, they probably did not come back to tell us.)

The post before yours has two options. I have found it easier to use the first option. I am creating new accounts and asking the stake and wards to cancel their current accounts and request refunds. Most are paying monthly and I am coordinating setting up the new account just a few days prior to their old one expiring.

Has anyone had the Webinar add-on enabled? Who would do that?

It is not an add on. It comes with the Zoom account. Speak with your Stake Technology Specialist for an upgrade or new account. One per stake, ward or branch.

I played with it a bit. It's set up via the web interface, but then on it's pretty much like a regular zoom meeting. You can either view it via zoom, or as we might do, via Youtube live , as a replacement for how we currently do it.

Can someone confirm if enrolling an account that already exists means you'd have to reschedule existing recurring meetings?
The "Transfer" PDF says "Following the steps provided below will: - Cancel locally purchased Zoom account" but I'm hoping that actually it just cancels the existing billing and replaces that, without canceling scheduled meetings.

Otherwise this is going to be a lot of work for a lot of clerks, and some just plain won't want to do it. Easier to pay for it out of the local budget.

I don't have an answer to the question. It would depend on how it's done. Some are having to set up new accounts and manually cancel the old one. Clearly, nothing is going to carry over in that case.

But just for reference, how many meetings are we talking about and how long does it take to set up a meeting?

Less than a dozen I assume. I only have access to one of the accounts.

I am the ward Technology Specialist but I still get the "Unauthorized" error when trying to access meet.churchofjesuschrist.org.

Only Stake Technology Specialists have access. Assistants do not. And they're getting some errors as well.
