Directory not updating properly

Directory not updating properly
My ward directory shows all the members on lds.org, but not on my phone app. I'm 1st counselor in the ward and the 2nd counselor can see people the people the aren't on my phone directory. My iphone 7 says it's current with the update and I have synced many times to make sure, but it won't add the missing people. I have tried rebooting my phone but it didn't help.

Silly question - are you logged into Member Tools using the same Church Account that you're using for the directory?
If so, I'd send feedback in the app for the developers to look at it.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Have you tried refreshing the data in the app? I was having a similar problem, but it fixed right up after I refreshed the data.
under the tab More > Settings > Refresh Data

I've heard of a couple of people with this problem who were able to fix it by signing out (under Settings), then signing back in. Ideally you'd want to try mid-week (rather than on Sunday, when the Church servers are more overloaded).
