Church Zoom Accounts - Single Sign-on

All,
Please be aware single sign-on with Gmail, Facebook, etc. is not supported with the Church Zoom accounts. If you have transferred an account that is setup with single sign-on you may not be able to access the account. If you are unable to log into your Church account because of this, you will need to setup a manual password. Doing this is not super intuitive, but can be done by following these steps:
Step 1: go to Zoom.us
Step 2: click “Sign Up, It’s Free”
Step 3: enter your birth date when prompted
Step 4: enter the email address you are struggling to login into that was transferred to the Church and click “Sign Up”
At this point you should receive an email to activate your account. Follow the steps outlined by Zoom to setup the account, including associating a password to the account. After this, you should be all set.
Following this process should allow you to log into the account using a password but should not remove it from association with the Church. You can confirm everything is still setup correctly by selecting “Profile” after you have logged into your account and confirming you still have license type of "licensed" with “Meeting 500 participants” and “Webinar 500 participants”.
