Tithing Declaration List of Members

I'm trying to submit our ward's tithing declaration report. However, when I go to the Tithing Declaration tab in LCR, the list of members does not appear. When I choose another year from the drop-down menu, the list of members does appear. I last updated this report on 12/30 and the list of members appeared then. Will the list of members appear later today (perhaps the Church is currently updating something the behind scenes or perhaps the server is overloaded with wards submitting their tithing declaration reports at this time) or is this a glitch?

Today is New Year's Day in many parts of the world, including the United States. Everything is closed. Next follows the Saturday and Sunday weekend.

I would not expect to see anything until at least Monday, after workers at Church headquarters have had a chance to come to work, roll everything over into the new year, and make any other year-end adjustments they need to make.

They might also even wait a few more days after that to capture any donation batches that are entered early this year for 2020, such as for donations mailed and postmarked last year and received early next week, etc.

Just a hunch based on a few years of experience (46). For now, I would keep celebrating the new year.

There was an update process that had an error. The fix isn't done yet, but it is being worked on.

I was able to see the list of members and ultimately submit our tithing declaration report today.
