All Scheduled Meetings Disappeared from Event Manager

Yesterday January 7th 2021 at approximately 6pm PST, all scheduled meetings for our stake disappeared from event manager. Also when we tried to schedule a new meeting, the tool didn't work. Multiple people including myself (I'm the STS for our stake) tried reloading/refreshing and we all saw the same issue. Approximately an hour after first noticing the issue, suddenly all of the events re-appeared.

Has anyone else seen this issue? We were concerned this could disrupt all of our webcasting events.

On one occasion a few weeks ago the site loaded totally blank for me, but it worked about a minute later and did not affect the actual events in any way that I observed. I surmised that the server may have been rebooting. Or else my timing could have come at the end of whatever problem the site experienced.
