The selected encoder is in use at your scheduled time

In my building with a Teradek, we have sacrament meeting scheduled for each ward at 9, 10:30, and 12. When trying to schedule the webcast for each sacrament meeting, I am met with the error:

The selected encoder is in use at your scheduled time. Please schedule for a different time or select another encoder.

Despite the fact that the meetings are not at the same time, and are scheduled for only 1 hr. We had them scheduled last year without any problem. Only ow that we have to reschedule each ward with changing times for the new year does this show up.

How can I get around this and get back to having them all scheduled to use the Teradek?

Are you using the encoder scheduling feature? If not, then select no encoder. If you were using that, I wonder how that worked as the setup time for a new meeting is an hour before start time.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

So because it creates the Virtual Infrastructure 1 hour before start time, the 10:30 meeting "starts" at 9:30, and the 9:00 meeting is still up until 10:00 hence the overlap...
