When I try to open up a support ticket by going to Contact Us, it takes me to the login screen for https://servicenow.churchofjesuschrist.org. If I am already logged in to the Church LCR site, it tries to process my login then automatically goes to the you are logged out screen. If I try http://servicenow.churchofjesuschrist.org and enter my credentials, it does the same thing. I have tried this on multiple computers and browsers and have cleared the cache and browsing history, etc. Is this site unavailable or do I have something going on with my account? I am a Ward Clerk.

What are you trying to get access to? I'm not aware of any clerk things going on at ServiceNow.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

After logging into LCR if I select Contact Us it displays 'Loading...' for a few moments and then it displays the screen with contact information and the option to create a case. I don't see a login screen at any point. I'm a Stake Finance Clerk. Since you've already cleared cache and cookies, I'm not sure what to suggest. I am seeing nearly the same thing. The difference is the page says I am logged out but I am not actually as long as I have other open browser tabs to site pages that require a Church Account sign-on. Only the Service-Now page is signed out - strange.
I have submitted feedback using the online page feedback link. I am expecting a return message to contact the Global Service Department. This has been the standard response I have been getting over the past year and a half to two years submitting feedback trouble reports. The people at the GSD are pretty good at following through and submitting a trouble ticket for website issues that don't involve browser cookies and/or browser cache.

I'm seeing the same thing. When I click on Contact us, it just goes to a login page but immediately says that it logged me out.
