Who in the Ward Can Schedule the Building?

Hello
Can anyone point me to where the callings that can schedule rooms and resources in the ward building are listed?
We're asking the ward council to schedule the building on the calendar, but we're not sure who has the access.

It's anyone who has edit rights to the calendar.
Who that is depends on how your ward's calendar is set up. The calendar is administered by bishopric + executive secretary + clerks. Any one of them can set who has edit rights to a calendar or even create new calendars.

Calendar permissions are set by calendar administrators by clicking on the "gear" icon in the upper right corner of the calendar window.
Clicking on the "question mark" icon will take you to the calendar Help Center articles, where you can read all the detailed instructions.
